Smrtphone and SimplifyREI

Once integrated lead information and notes will automatically transfer into SimplifyREI. When a Lead is pushed from Smrtphone initially,
Lead Stage within SimplifyREI will be “Untouched”
Call Attempt within SimpliifyREI will be “Make Initial Contact”
Conversation notes will carry over and a task will be generated to Lead Manager.

SmrtPhone.io

  1. Download the SmrtPhone google chrome extension here
  2. Insert Leads into Podio using your webform on homepage (usually VAs would call using Xencall and the Acquisitions Managers inside of your system will use Smrtphone as Smrtphone will allow you to keep call history + recordings and call from inside of your system)
  3. Press on call with Smrtphone after downloading the extension and opening it. Be sure that you have “Available” marked off in Smrtphone (located on your Smrtphone.io Header)



3. Hang up Call
Incoming leads to SimplifyREI will be marked as “Untouched” and will generate a task to the assigned Lead Manager of the particular lead (located underneath Seller Information). Incoming leads will automatically round robin to any Team Members with their respective roles assigned within the Team Members APP. To see more on tasks, click here
